docs: use production URLs as default in Zoom examples

Browse Source 
Change all Zoom config examples to show production URLs by default:
- Use @xmpp.zoom.us instead of @xmppdev.zoom.us
- Remove explicit apiHost/oauthHost (defaults to production)
- Add separate development config examples
- Reorder sections to show production first

Matches code defaults: apiHost defaults to https://api.zoom.us
and oauthHost defaults to https://zoom.us
