feat(memory-claudemem): scaffold plugin structure
Create extensions/memory-claudemem with:
- package.json with workspace references
- clawdbot.plugin.json manifest
- types.ts, config.ts, client.ts (stubs), index.ts
Part of claude-mem integration (Phase 2/7).
