John Lin	f77aeeb34c	refactor(ringcentral): skip DM policy checks in selfOnly mode ... In selfOnly mode, dmPolicy/allowFrom/groupPolicy settings are now completely ignored since the owner is always allowed. This simplifies the logic and avoids confusion.
