Manuel Maly 2972fce02c fix: flip audio default to file (backward compat) 
- Default: sendAudio (file with metadata) - preserves old behavior
- Opt-in: [[audio_as_voice]] tag for voice bubble

This is non-breaking - existing integrations keep working.
