Glucksberg b3533ac0be feat(gateway): add HTTP health check endpoints and Cloudflare Tunnel docs ... Add unauthenticated /healthz and /health endpoints for load balancer probes. Returns {"status":"ok"} with HTTP 200 when the gateway is running.
