Update documentation to recommend `npm install -g moltbot@beta` instead of `moltbot@latest` since the @latest tag on npm currently points to v0.1.0 which lacks the `bin` field and CLI binary. This is a workaround until the npm @latest tag is updated to point to the current beta/stable releases.
