Glucksberg 182dcd4c8e fix(ci): regenerate Swift protocol models and fix test expectations 
- Regenerate GatewayModels.swift with new MessageApproval types
- Update commands-registry tests to match new ResolvedCommandArgChoice format
  (choices now return {label, value} objects instead of plain strings)
