a1fdd25ba4 fix(ci): use singleFork on macOS CI to prevent worker crash 
The vitest forks pool has a known issue where multiple workers can crash
during teardown on macOS CI runners. Using singleFork=true runs all tests
in a single fork process, avoiding the inter-worker race condition.

66ef42a2f9 fix(ci): address macOS vitest worker crash flakiness 
- vitest.config.ts: Use singleFork mode on macOS CI and longer teardown timeout
  to allow proper cleanup of native modules (node:sqlite, chokidar)
- test/setup.ts: Clean up warning filter during test teardown
- src/infra/warnings.ts: Return cleanup function from installProcessWarningFilter
- .github/workflows/ci.yml: Remove retry loop now that root cause is fixed

1750d0855b fix(test): isolate env vars in security audit tests 
The security audit tests were failing intermittently because
resolveGatewayAuth picks up CLAWDBOT_GATEWAY_TOKEN from the environment.
When that env var is set, auth mode becomes 'token' instead of 'none',
causing the 'flags non-loopback bind without auth as critical' test to fail.

Added vi.stubEnv() calls to isolate gateway auth env vars during tests.

35e83a378b fix(ci): add retry for macOS tests + reduce workers to 2 
- Add 3-attempt retry loop for macOS test job (flaky vitest worker crashes)
- Reduce CI workers to 2 on macOS (same as Windows) to reduce resource pressure
- All tests pass, workers just crash unexpectedly at end of run

0570558bd4 feat(hooks): improve session-memory with LLM summarization 
The session-memory hook now generates proper summaries instead of
capturing just 15 lines of raw content.

Changes:
- Read full session transcript instead of last 15 lines
- Filter out noise (heartbeats, NO_REPLY, tool blocks, system messages)
- Use LLM to generate structured summary with:
  - Topics discussed
  - Decisions made
  - Outcomes achieved
  - Open items remaining
- Fall back to raw content if LLM summarization fails
- Update HOOK.md documentation

This makes /new actually preserve useful session context for future
memory recall, rather than capturing mostly heartbeat noise.

9ba4b1e32b fix(webchat): improve image paste UI layout and display 
- Fix preview container width (use inline-flex + fit-content)
- Fix flex layout conflict in components.css (grid -> flex column)
- Change preview thumbnail to object-fit: contain (no cropping)
- Add image rendering in sent message bubbles
- Add CSS for chat-message-images display

Improves upon #1900

fabdf2f6f7 feat(webchat): add image paste support 
- Add paste event handler to chat textarea to capture clipboard images
- Add image preview UI with thumbnails and remove buttons
- Update sendChatMessage to pass attachments to chat.send RPC
- Add CSS styles for attachment preview (light/dark theme support)

Closes #1681 (image paste support portion)
